Recruitment and HR Admin

We are currently in search for a Recruitment and HR Admin for a luxury 5 star Tour Operator based in Sandton, the position is a 4 month contract. The ideal candidate must have extensive recruitment experience

KEY OUTPUTS:  

  • Recruitment and  Footprints

o Supporting and Driving the administration of the core recruitment process from the beginning to the end 

  1. Screening and matching of all CVs to roles 
  2. Shortlisting and conducting 1st round interviews 
  3. Contact person for all roles between agents and the business

o Liaise with traditional and digital recruitment agents and/ or platforms

o Statistical analysis of recruitment trends

o Maintain and update Agent Preferred Suppliers List

o Core and Coalition of Job Description

o Ensure that all regions receive Induction manuals on a regular basis

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED 

  • Advanced Computer Skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Word is essential 
  • Highly developed organisational skills 
  • Developed prioritising and planning skills 
  • Attention to detail must be an innate skill 
  • Excellent time management skills    
  • Ability to work under pressure and on several projects simultaneously 
  • Good writing skills 
  • Good communication and People skills 
  • Flexibility 
  • Collaboration and communication skills when liaising with all Management / Directors

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

  • HR Qualification (BComm/BA) 
  • Full recruitment cycle experience of at least 3 years 
  • Previous experience in an HR Administrative environment is essential
