F&B Manager 5 star Award winning luxury Game Lodge Mpumalanga

Location: Nelspruit

I am now is search of a F&B Manager for this amazing 5 star International award winning property in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have 5 star F&B experience in lodges or a hotel, must be very focused on his/her career, must be really passionate about delivering world class service and must have excellent wine knowledge
Your Duties;
To ensure that a clean and hygienic work environment is maintained.
To ensure that areas for table service are prepared and cleared.
To ensure that a table service is provided.
To ensure that a table drink service is provided.
To ensure that the correct breakfast, lunch and dinner set-up is provided.
To ensure that drinks dispensed from the bar are served.
To prepare and serve wines in the required manner.
To contribute to the planning, updating and format of the wine list.
To supervise and maintain customer service.
To maintain the table service.
To maintain the drink service.
To maintain external areas. (pool, lounge and entrance)
To supervise the running of functions.
To maintain practices and procedures for handling cash/cash equivalents.
To ensure that ongoing and consistent training is provided to all subordinates in your department.
To ensure and maintain proper stock take procedures (bar, operating equipment).
To maintain stock procedures according to prescribed targets or budgets.
To ensure that emergency situations are dealt with.
To ensure that a safe environment for customers, staff and visitors is maintained.
To ensure that professional and hygienic personal appearance is maintained by all Restaurant employees.
To ensure that customers are dealt with professionally and courteously.
To ensure that non-cash payments and refunds are handled and recorded.
To ensure that effective working relationships are maintained.
To contribute to the development of self and others.
To maintain customer service and satisfaction.
To control the receipt, storage and issue of goods.
To contribute to the planning, organization and evaluation of work.
To plan, implement and evaluate sales development activities.
To contribute to the training and development of teams, individuals and self to enhance performance.
To record all training interventions on an ongoing basis.
To contribute towards the identification of equipment and supply needs.
To monitor and maintain health, safety and security.
To contribute to staff requirements.
To create, maintain and improve productive working relationships.
To maintain the cleaning programme, furnishings and décor.
Salary and Wages inputs
Placing orders with suppliers for bar stock
Time sheets for staff within your department
To carry out any other duties that may be required from time to time.
